Nature of Practice:  Trial to conclusion of over 75 jury trials in state and federal court involving personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, business conflicts, securities, shareholder dirivitive suits, and insurance coverage disputes.

Briefed and argued over 15 appellate arguments, including arguments before the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit, En Banc.  Appellate arguments have involved personal injury, federal preemption, insurance coverage and other contractual issues.
