Bob Green is a partner at Green & Klein. Bob spent the first ten years of practice representing insurance companies in various first party coverage disputes and personal injury claims from 1978 to 1988. He served as coverage counsel for Hartford, Travelers, Cigna, Victoria Lloyds, and Stonewall Insurance Company. Prior clients also include Ford Motor Company, American Motor Company, John Deer, Rockwell International, and Marlin Firearms. Since 1988, he has represented individuals and corporations against insurance companies in bad faith litigation, coverage disputes, and personal injury claims. Bob has tried over seventy five in state and federal court jury trials to conclusion, involving personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, business conflicts, securities, shareholder derivative suits, and insurance coverage disputes. Bob has briefed and argued over 15 appellate arguments, including arguments before the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit, En Banc. Appellate arguments have involved personal injury, federal preemption, insurance coverage and other contractual issues.
For the last thirty straight years, Bob has earned an AV-Preeminent listing in Martindale Hubbell which represents the highest peer rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is an Advocate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Bob has been selected to Texas Super Lawyers: 2006 – 2012, 2014 – 2018.
