Hunter M. Klein is a Partner at Green & Klein. Hunter has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was part of the briefing team that obtained the first ever ruling in United States Federal Court that medical marijuana was insurable in the state of Colorado. Hunter has an extensive knowledge of all manner of insurance law including coverage, scope disputes, construction and code issues, appraisal, and appeal.
Hunter has experience in state and federal courts all over Texas and Colorado, and has consistently achieved outstanding results for his clients. Hailing from Northwest Houston, Hunter prides himself on his family’s deep Texas roots and a strong work ethic. Hunter graduated from the Honors College at Baylor University before attending law school at the University of Houston Law Center.
