John D. Wood, Esq., is an attorney, author, educator, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is Partner of the law firm Green Klein Wood & Jones, a law firm that represents policyholders in litigation against insurance companies for mishandled, underpaid, and improperly denied claims, especially for bad faith insurance claims handling.
Wood is a legal scholar and author of law review articles on insurance law, human nature and risk management appearing in influential law review journals such as the Texas Insurance Law Journal, the Environmental Law Reporter, the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty, and the NYU Environmental Law Journal.
John is co-author of an award-winning article on Artificial Intelligence published in the Harvard Business Review, as well as two books, Foundations of Sustainable Business: Theory, Function and Strategy and The Humachine: Humankind, Machines, and the Future of Enterprise.
