Attorney Timothy Bearb is a trial lawyer with years of courtroom experience. Timothy has handled hundreds of insurance coverage and bad faith cases in his career. His legal practice is dedicated to helping people who have suffered at the hands of large corporations and institutions. To that end, Timothy has also represented individuals in a significant number of personal injury, sexual abuse and employment litigation cases. At Green, Klein, Wood & Jones, Timothy is responsible for handling first party insurance claims.
Timothy focuses on helping individuals and property owners who have been wronged by forces with apparently unlimited financial and political resources. Timothy’s clients value their relationship with him, as evidenced by his “Superb Attorney” AVVO rating. Timothy has also been recognized by his peers, having been named a SuperLawyer as well as a “Rising Star.” Timothy has given talks and written articles for other lawyers on topics related to insurance law and litigation.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Timothy attended South Texas College of Law where he was a member of teams which won both the school mock trial and moot court competitions. Timothy then represented the school in several moot court competitions around the country.
When he is not helping his clients, Timothy enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four daughters.
